Pricing
We believe in providing a transparent pricing structure, so that you can build trust with us and demonstrate our services' value. This further ensures that both parties are on the same page regarding costs and expectations.
Because policy writing is time-consuming, we do not charge an hourly rate. We work on a Project-Based pricing model for our clients which is dependent on the complexity of the project, level of expertise required and any additional services that you would need. Small projects can start from $250 and up. For small businesses (staff of 5 or less), we charge $250 for each policy and an additional $100 for implementation planning and support.
We additionally offer Package Pricing for larger corporations in which clients can choose a package that best suits their needs and budget. Our current bundles include:

Expert review, analysis and policy enhancement: we will conduct a comprehensive review of all your policies, consult with you and enhance your policies as required.

Policy development and manual production: we will review and analyse existing policies, develop up to 3 new policies for your company, and ensure adherence to everchanging regulations and laws. We will also provide manual productions for each policy that reflects your organisation.

All In One Service: this includes a comprehensive policy review, development, implementation, staff training and policy maintenance, for up to 3 new policies. All existing policies for review, and enhancement is included in this price.
Any additional policy development will begin from $250 per policy and up.
Retainer Fee: Clients can retain our consultancy monthly or quarterly for ongoing policy writing support. The retainer fee can cover a set number of projects each month.
Policy Matters also offers additional services, such as policy updates, compliance audits, training sessions and workshops, and much more. This is accessible at an additional cost and allows clients to customise their service package based on your requirements.
Discounts: discounts are available for clients who engage in our consultancy for multiple projects or have a signed long-term contract for ongoing services.
Payment Terms
Consultations are free. This includes a 30-minute consult for a small business (staff of 5 or less) and up to 1 hour for larger corporations.
The initiation of any policy project requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. This is required due to the number of hours and effort that is placed on the consultation process, the review and analysis and the research stages of the policy development or enhancement.
We currently accept cash payments, online CIBC transfers, Paypal and Zelle as payment methods. Invoices will be generated from the moment of engagement following the consultation process.
A late payment from the agreed-upon payment schedule will incur a 20% late fee up to 1 week after the due date. After one week, the late fee will be increased by $50 daily.
